OPEN LETTER TO JUDGE DAVID CUNIS - FRAMINGHAM DISTRICT COURT
To: Judge David Cunis
Framingham District Court CC: Massachusetts Commission on Judicial Conduct | Federal Civil Rights Division | FBI Civil Rights Division You may wear a robe and wield a gavel - but let me remind you, Judge Cunis, that your power is not above the Constitution, and your position does not entitle you to trample the rights of disabled citizens, weaponize the law for retaliation, or sit in indifference as abuse unfolds under your watch. I am writing publicly, openly, and without fear to hold you accountable for your repeated and disgraceful violations of my First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution. You maliciously prosecuted me and enforced retaliatory harassment prevention orders rooted not in law or fact, but in collusion with corrupt police departments in Framingham and Ashland. You allowed false narratives to proceed in your courtroom while openly mocking, discrediting, and dehumanizing me and my federally protected service dogs - in full view of the record and in contempt of your oath to uphold the law. Let me make it perfectly clear:
You presided over cases not with impartiality, but with vengeance and contempt, allowing yourself to become an instrument of systemic abuse rather than a guardian of justice. Your comments made on record in open court about my mental health and service animals are a disgrace to the bench - and I will no longer allow those remarks to live in the shadows of court transcripts. I am in possession of audio recordings, transcripts, and court records that fully document your conduct and the prejudiced tone you allowed to dictate my proceedings. These recordings will be published, in full, on my YouTube channel, as a matter of public interest, federal evidence, and moral necessity. Your courtroom has become a sanctuary for civil rights violations, and your name will forever be attached to this record of constitutional betrayal. Your silence, your smirks, your failures to act—they will now follow you where you thought impunity lived. Let me also be clear:
Signed,
