The online version of this document can be found at: http://www.mass-gov-courts.org/letter-to-selectman-20150828.html On August 19th, 2015, around 1315, a large collection of Framingham police officers came to my house along with two goobers from the Dept of Children and Family (DCF: Kids For Cash $$$) and literally kidnapped two children in my care (Praise, age 13 and Lucien, age 6). The most amazing part is that no one had a warrant authorizing the theft of two children off my property. I thought we have a U.S. Constitution that has a Fourth Amendment. Fourth Amendment The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Neither our idiot Framingham police chief Ken Ferguson or any DCF official can provide a warrant for this kidnapping. Have we mistakenly hired an idiot as a police chief? Perhaps, the Board of Selectman can clue me in how the Framingham police give themselves legal authority to kidnap children off my property after deliberately trespassing on my property. If no legal justification is forthcoming from the Board Of Selectman, I can only presume this kidnapping was a crass and gross violation of their civil rights. There were close to nine officers who came to my home with a clear intent to kidnap the children without a warrant. Many were in plain clothes. Was this "escort" task done as part of their police job or paid detail for DCF? If paid detail, then we are talking nine times four hours minimum detail at $45/hour. or $1,620 for less than 20 minutes work. If this is the case, DCF really is a big Kids For Cash $$$ operation and local police departments are corrupting themselves off these monies. Since Ken Ferguson was the mandated reporter in this case, he set this operation up. Trying to get his political opponents..... The police have a strong, long-held, deap-seated and rich tradition of attempting to imprison political dissidents. In this email exchange, he has decided that he cannot respond to me because the case is still being investigated but does not state how. I'm betting this will be a very long investigation even if DCF seems close to ending it after issuing their "service plans" to the mother and father.. |
