Motion to the court to dismiss all remaining charges in my case
        (Docket No. 1449CR2685)

This document may be accessed on the web at the following URL.

On March 19, 2015, the Framingham police returned my recorder and
camera that they had confiscated from me on October 29, 2014.
In perusing the contents of the recorder, I found no audio files
to indicate that I had secretly recorded the police, but I was
        so charged.

Please see the following web page for details on the communications
between myself and the Framingham police department.

           http://www.framingham-police.org/police-discovery-request-20150305.html

Given the lack of evidence of such a file, I would like to request
that the court dismiss the charge of secretly recording the police

I also make the motion to dismiss all charges against me on the
basis that the police report was falsified by
        Sergeant Michael Esposito.

I would also like to point out the evidence bag I was given
on 03/19/2015 had been tampered with and there were zero entries
on the chain of custody. I include several images online of
the evidence bag (click to enlarge if viewing on web).

I am still conducting forensic tests on the recorder and camera.

Any questions the court may have can be addressed to
        hjwolfe@gmail.com or 508-561-8452 (C)

                                          Sincerely yours,

                                          Harold J. Wolfe
