Stephen B Geary: New judge in Lowell
He told councilors that he first applied for a judgeship around 2016 and his name made it to Gov. Charlie Baker’s desk, but he was told there were no vacancies at the time. After he reapplied a couple of years later, there was an opening in the Mill City, where the nominee has lived all of his 57 years. According to Geary & Geary’s website, Geary is an experienced and results-oriented litigator representing clients in all areas of criminal defense, domestic relations and civil matters. He is a former chairman of Lowell’s Zoning Board of Appeals and regularly represents individuals and businesses in zoning and land-use matters. |
