We should be wary of the Massachusetts judiciary in general when judges, assistant DAs and police officers commit perjury in court. My trial transcript of 10/05/2012 and 11/16/2012 clearly and unambiguously show that the complainant Stephanie Harris-Hodge, the police officer, Robert F. Tibor, the assistant DA, Jessica Hogan and the judge David W. Cunis all committed perjury but the judge was conspicuously egregious.

Furthermore, when a judge clearly allows a complainant and police officer to commit perjury but do not so accuse them of perjury, the trust we may have in an impartial court is very seriously diminished.

During the trial, David W. Cunis, Jessica Hogan and I all went to see the alleged damage to her car as clearly stated by the complainant. The judge and DA came back and convicted me of felony vandalism. On November 16, 2012, only after I served a 30 day prison sentence at Billerica, Judge David W. Cunis reversed his visual observations and felony vandalism conviction against me, stating that he had not seen any damage on the door. Judge David W. Cunis also believes that car doors are self-healing and dents tend to fix themselves.

For the moment, Cunis, Hogan, and Tibor are unconvicted felons for committing perjury.

As Hamilton warned in Federalist 15: It is essential to the idea of law, that it be attended with a sanction; or in other words, a penalty or punishment for disobedience. If there be no penalty annexed to disobedience, the resolutions or commands which pretend to be laws, will in fact, amount to nothing more than advice or recommendations.

The real problem as I see it lies in the fact that I am a fierce critic of the Framingham police (http://framingham-police.org). This was a political prosecution and persecution. We critics just don't get no respect. My being an open and public http://the-militant-atheist.org and Cunis being described by a close friend as a devout orthodox (closet) catholic didn't help either.
