I did not understand why Ernest Shane Perce had filed a Harassment Prevention Order (HPO) from judge Stephen Geary against me, but it all came together last week (07/08/2024).
Keep in mind that 14 year old Lucien lived with me for two years.
Around August 12, 2023, I agreed to take in both Paul Botteron and Ernest Praise Perce into my house. At the time, I had Lucien Perce living with me.
Around August 20, 2023 Margaret (Kellie) Lee, Ernest Shane Perce's wife of 21 years and I noted a dramatic change in Ernest Shane Perce's attitude. His homophobia made him think that his younger son Lucien was going to be sexually assaulted by Paul even if I saw no hint of that and Lucien said nothing. Of course, there was also that marital conflict between Heather Puglisse, Ernest Shane Perce's consort and Margaret Lee, his wife.
Lucien was then recalled and had to move back to his mother's apartment.
On August 27,2023 around midnight, Lucien was dropped off at my house at 65 Delmar Ave, Framingham by one of his parents. I'm guessing he came over to tell me about the offer by his father.
Lucien told me that his father, Ernest Shane Perce, age 45 had offered him $6,000 to sucker punch Paul Botteron, a resident of my house, simply because Paul is gay and was Ernest Praise Perce's boyfriend. Lucien declined the offer.
Ernest Praise Perce is Lucien's 22 year old brother.
