Wolfe, would like to file a criminal complaints against Framingham assistant clerk magistrate Ronald Petralia and Framingham clerk of court John Deluca for refusing to accept my criminal complaints against assorted Framingham police officers, thus denying me a probable cause hearing. MGL 265-37: Violation of Constitutional Rights On September 21, 2015, I attempted to file criminal complaints against 9 police officers and one DCF employee for kidnapping two children off my property without so much as a warrant, and violation of my Constitutional rights, and one criminal complaint against a police officer who illegally pulled me over on 09/03/2015 . MGL 265-37: Violation of Constitutional Rights They may refuse criminal complaints from everybody, but they simply cannot refuse criminal complaints from selected individuals based on their personal biases. This constitutes extreme judical bias and has no place in Framingham's Middlesex District court, unless it was previously approved by it's First Justice, David W. Cunis, who has responsibility for what is jokingly referred to as justice.
First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution
When the Framingham police kidnap two children in my care from my property, without a warrant, it is my First Amendment right to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. That redress of grievances includes filing charges against nine police officers and a DCF employee. Any court official who prevents me from doing so is violating his oath to defend the US and Massachusetts Constitution and should be tried for treason. |
