I was given a letter that discussed my family and my children but I am single and have no children. Can you explain this crass level of incompetency in your staff? The letter was written on August 19, 2015 and stated that they wanted to interview me at 1330 on August 19th, 2015 and I could reschedule if necessary. This letter was given to me at 1310 on August 19th, 2015 (according to the Framingham police log file) as the Framingham police were leading away the children. Remember the 4th Amendment? We hear it's making a comeback. I vaguely remember that we have a U.S. Constitution and it's Fourth Amendment muttered something about warrants to search and seize things and persons. I was wondering if I could get a copy of that warrant. Fourth Amendment The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. And speaking of warrants required to kidnap children, Praise (age 13) had a Moto X cell phone on him when he was kidnapped. If DCF searched the phone, could I see the warrant for that search? Why is Praise not allowed to use his cell phone? Is DCF a benevolent extension of our MCI gulag where children have no choices? I always allowed him to use his cell phone. Perhaps you DCF (Kids For Cash $$$) kidnapping thugs have something to hide? I always allowed Praise to come and go in and out of the house. Lucien was another matter. Apparently, Praise had far more freedom at my house than he does in the DCF gulag In what capacity was our Framingham police chief, Ken Ferguson involved? Did Ken Ferguson write any reports involved in this legal farce? Like the 51a and/or 51b reports? Was he the Mandated Reporter? How many times has Ken Ferguson shown up at DCF (300 Howard Street) or Juvenile Court (Mt. Wayte street) regarding this incident. Why is our police chief showing up?
