The notion that this court in Framingham is attempting to prosecute me for trespassing (Docket # 1449CR2685) while denying me my constitutional rights is deeply offensive.

If this court, David W. Cunis's court, (Ronald Petralia and John Deluca in particular) refuses to recognize my First Amendment Constitutional rights to petition the government for a redress of grievances, in this case, my right to file charges against 10 police officers for kidnapping two children off my property on August 19, 2015, without so much as a warrant (violating my Fourth Amendment rights) and refusing to give me a probable cause hearing. In addition, the kidnapping also violated my Fifth and Fourteenth amendment rights of due process.

On September 21, 2015, both Ronald Petralia and John Deluca refused to accept my criminal complaint forms I tried to submit to the court.

See: http://www.mass-gov-courts.org/deluca-petralia-complaint.html

Here's a list of police criminals.

I refuse to be served by this court in any other manner, including it's intense desire to prosecute me as a political nuisance disguised as trespassing..

Here is the First Amendment. Please read it to John Deluca who is too blind to read it. Read it several times to him and ask him if he has any level of understanding of it.

Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Ronald Petralia and John Deluca should be fired. Everyone suspects that we continue to employ a blind Clerk of Courts, John Deluca, out of pity. What would a blind man do in his retirement. Wait to die.

Every judge in every court of the States is under oath or affirmation to support the Constitution of the United States. When any litigation arises out of the constitution of his State or out of any of its laws it is by this clause made his duty to "be bound" by the National Constitution and laws and in a proper case to hold the State constitution or law to be void for conflict with "the supreme law of the land."
